As a nursing speaker, Nancy uses her 14 year experience as a long term care nurse manager and MDS coordinator to show participants how to apply a step-by-step process from her book, Catching Critical Changes: Six Essential Steps to Effective Nursing Assessment. She helps nurses make crucial nursing assessments to prevent missing critical changes in their adult and elderly patients.
In addition to nursing assessment, Nancy speaks on issues tailored to meet the needs of the individual nursing organization.
